CUMC Children and Family Ministry Outing

Indoor Swim Party
Bring your family for a fun afternoon of indoor swimming at the new GREENSBORO AQUATICS CENTER! We will meet in the Family Life Center Conference Room following our 11:00a.m. worship service for a pizza lunch and then take vans and carpool to Greensboro for a 2-4p.m. swim time.

Pool toys welcome with the exception of inflatable toys (also no water wings). Beach balls are the exception.

There is no cost for this outing (children’s ministry will cover) but you must make a reservation so that we can confirm our total. Snack area in outer lobby available if you would like to bring snacks with you.

Parents Save the Date! Wednesday Feb. 29 at 6:15. Come for a wonderful Wednesday meal and then stay for Healthy Eating for Children which will include Packing a Healthy Lunch for your child. Come meet Jesus In The Temple in January/February

"He said to them, "Why were you searching for me? Did you not know that I must be in my father's house?" (Luke 2:49)

Kindergarten-5th Grade will travel each Sunday through a learning station to learn about Mary and Joseph search for young Jesus. Check out Seaside Cinema,Sound Waves, Sandcastle Crafts, Discovery Cove,Whales Tales, Fun in the Son and Fisherman's Net. Our L.I.G.H.T. House Board just outside of our classrooms gives you direction for your location for age group each Sunday!

Nursery

Each Sunday Jessica Grantham, our Nursery staff person, along with our trained volunteers welcomes our babies through age 2 for both our 8:45 and 11:00a.m. services.

Pre-School Sunday School

Age 2 - Irene Allen and Kerri Lamb share in ministry with these children. Through simple lessons and play our youngest learners see God's love!

Age 3-4 - Liz Sonier serves as our shepherd for these children every week and a team of leaders rotate each Sunday sharing theme lessons and Bible stories that our children begin to build on in their faith journey.
