Our Vision

1. God is calling Central to continue to build our children and youth ministries.
   1. Involve more volunteers in both programs
   2. Build stronger programs using feedback and planning processes
   3. Develop parent ownership teams for programs and events
   4. Utilize the Family Life Center for programs and activities
2. God is calling Central to continue growing in our spiritual formation. He is calling us to form more small groups and involve more people in small groups.
3. God is calling Central to focus on spirit-filled worship. He is calling us to build on the two worship services and traditions we now have. We will strive for worship that is presence-based, inspirational, meaningful, seeker-sensitive and God honoring. We will have one service committed to traditional worship and one to contemporary worship.
4. God is calling Central to be a church of prayer. We will make prayer our first step and not our last resort. We will expect every group, every activity and every event to begin with prayer. We will expand our organized prayer groups. We will offer prayer chains, prayer vigils and a prayer chapel.
5. God is calling Central to take seriously our call to make disciples and to reach out to the unchurched. We will have specific events that are geared toward reaching the unchurched.
6. God is calling Central to strong music ministries. We will be faithful to utilize the gifts and talents we have been blessed with.
7. God is calling Central to empower our leaders for greater leadership within the church.
